1. Service Description
GetFame provides social media marketing (SMM) services including follower delivery, likes, views, and engagement packages for various platforms. Our services are designed to boost your social media numbers, reach, and overall appearance to help you grow your online presence.
We act as an intermediary connecting you with third-party service providers. The actual delivery of followers, likes, views, and other engagement metrics is performed by third-party providers.
2. What We Deliver
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased, within a reasonable timeframe. We do not guarantee that delivered followers will interact with your content, engage with your posts, or remain permanently on your account.
Some natural decrease (drops) in delivered counts is normal across all social media platforms and is not considered a service failure. We offer a refill guarantee on select packages to address drops within the guarantee period.
- Quantity Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of the number of followers, likes, or views specified in your order
- No Engagement Guarantee: We do not guarantee that followers will interact with your content, make purchases, or take any specific action
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are not binding commitments and may vary based on provider capacity and platform conditions
- Natural Fluctuation: Some variation in delivered counts is normal and expected across all social media platforms
3. Service Availability
Platform Dependency Notice
Service availability and speed may vary due to platform changes outside our control. Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Snapchat) may update their algorithms, policies, APIs, or terms of service at any time. Such changes may affect our ability to deliver services, delivery speed, or service quality.
We are not liable for service disruptions, delays, or changes in delivery quality caused by third-party platform updates.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information including correct profile URLs and usernames
- Ensure your account is set to public during the delivery period
- Not change your username or make your account private during active delivery
- Acknowledge that you are purchasing a marketing service and understand what is being delivered
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Accept full responsibility for your use of our services and any consequences on your social media accounts
5. Payment & Billing
Payment terms:
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required in full before service delivery begins
- We accept cryptocurrency payments via Coinbase Commerce
- All transactions are final once delivery has begun
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before delivery starts: Full refund available upon request
- After delivery begins: Store credit or partial refund for the undelivered portion only
- Completed orders: No refunds for fully delivered services
- Drops after delivery: Covered by our refill guarantee where applicable, not by monetary refund

GetFame is an independent marketing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, Twitter/X, Snapchat, or any other social media platform.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- Delivered followers, likes, or views will remain permanently
- Our services will result in increased revenue, sales, or business opportunities
- Your account will not be affected by platform policy changes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms against your account
- We are not liable for any loss of followers, engagement, or account standing that occurs after delivery
- We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on inflated metrics
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Any illegal purpose or activity
- Harassment, abuse, bullying, or harm to others
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Violating any third-party rights or platform terms of service
- Reselling our services without written authorization
- Circumventing any usage limits or restrictions

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We do not store or request your social media passwords
